Cancellations after the conference schedule has been published (in June) create a lot of complications for the colleagues in the organization team, and last minute cancellations even more so.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Manager (sleATuniv-tlse2.fr). If you have already paid the registration fee, reimbursement will be according to the following policy:
Before 31 May: 70% reimbursement
From 1 June – 31 July: 30% reimbursement
After 31 July: no reimbursement
