Cancellations after the conference schedule has been published (in June) create a lot of complications for the colleagues in the organization team, and last minute cancellations even more so.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Manager (sle.cmATkuleuven.be). If you have already paid the registration fee, reimbursement will be according to the following policy:
Before 31 May: 70% reimbursement
From 1 June – 31 July: 30% reimbursement
After 31 July: no reimbursement
