Accommodation
We recommend that you book your accommodation close to the tramway line B, in Bordeaux, Talence or Pessac (three municipalities of Bordeaux Métropole). The transport tickets will be provided free of charge to all participants.
The SLE Meeting takes place at the Bordeaux Montaigne University in Pessac (Montaigne Montesquieu stop).
The social events will take place in the center of Bordeaux (Hôtel de Ville stop for the Reception in the City Hall on 26/08 and the guided walk on 27/08, La Cité du vin stop for the conference dinner party on 28/08).

- Buffet breakfast: €9 per person (instead of €14.50)

- A credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Payment is due upon arrival.
Cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to arrival. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to bordeauxcitycentre.sales@staycity.com.
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, the residence reserves the right to charge the equivalent of 2 nights at the agreed rate.
